By accessing or using Keel at keel.ink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Keel is an AI-powered project execution tool. You describe a project, answer a series of questions, and Keel generates a structured execution map with defined steps, owners, and definitions of done. Keel is provided as a web application accessible at keel.ink.
You must create an account to use Keel. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
Keel offers a free plan and paid plans (Solo at $9/month, Team at $16/month per workspace). Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Payment is processed by Stripe.
The free plan is limited to one active project. Free plan users cannot delete projects. To create additional projects, you must upgrade to a paid plan.
You agree not to misuse the service. You may not use Keel to generate harmful content, attempt to reverse engineer the AI system, scrape or extract data at scale, or interfere with other users.
Your project data is stored securely in Supabase. Your data is used solely to provide the Keel service. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Keel uses Claude by Anthropic to generate execution maps. AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before acting on it.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is permanently deleted.
Keel is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
