1. Who We Are

Keel is operated by Samuel Garcia, auto-entrepreneur registered in France. We provide an AI-powered project execution tool at keel.ink. Contact: legal@keel.ink

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following data when you use Keel:

·Email address and password (for account creation)
·Project content you create including titles, descriptions, and execution maps
·Usage data such as nodes completed and sessions started
·Payment information processed by Stripe (we never store card numbers)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide and improve the Keel service. Specifically: to generate your execution maps, to manage your account and subscription, to send transactional emails such as confirmations and password resets, and to improve the quality of AI-generated maps. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. AI Processing

Your project descriptions and answers are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate execution maps. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing. We send only the minimum data necessary to generate your map.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU region. Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe. We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area you have the following rights:

·Right to access your data
·Right to correct inaccurate data
·Right to delete your data (available directly in Settings)
·Right to data portability
·Right to object to processing

To exercise these rights, delete your account in Settings or contact legal@keel.ink.

7. Cookies

Keel uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser but this will prevent you from signing in.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account all your data is permanently deleted within 24 hours. Stripe may retain payment records as required by law.
